Number 89 has magnificent views of the Doe Lea valley, the Vale of Scarsdale and beyond.

The bed and breakfast accommodation has two double rooms, and one twin room. Our B & B is non-smoking throughout.

The B & B is a Victorian house set in its own grounds. It is approached from the B6419 and has a drive with ample off road parking.

The property also has a well kept garden to the rear of the property. It is private and provides the perfect place to sit out in the summer.

The property is very spacious and oozes character. It boasts many original features including the stained glass windows pictured opposite.

There are also many personal touches which make your stay more special.

Downstairs

On entering the property there is a spacious hallway with high ceilings. The guest dining room and lounge are on the ground floor as is the kitchen.

We offer a full English breakfast or vegetarian option.

Upstairs

All guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. They are approached via the original wide Victorian pine staircase.

The Bedrooms are centrally heated and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We have two double bedrooms and a twin room. Each has a colour television and hospitality tray.

All rooms retain their original cast iron fireplaces.

Rooms have panoramic views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.

They are luxuriously appointed and are carpeted to help make your stay more comfortable.

There are two bathrooms. One with a large bath and shower over. The other a spacious shower room.
